As a member of the Fordham University Community, all full-time Faculty, Administrators, and Staff (“Employees”) can sponsor a guest identification card for their spouses or partners to gain access to public areas on campus as well as Fordham's Libraries, under the following conditions:

  • Guests must comply with the University's Code of Conduct as well as all Fordham policies.
  • Guests must produce their guest identification cards when requested by campus officials including the Office of Public Safety staff. 
  • Guests are prohibited from all campus residence halls, as well as any private office spaces. 
  • Guests are responsible for the daily fee for parking on campus. 
  • Employees assume all responsibility for the conduct and activities of their guests while on campus.  
  • Employees are responsible for cancelling the guest identification card of their guests.  In order to cancel a guest identification card, Employees are to contact the Office of Human Resources Management
  • The University reserves the right to remove any guest when warranted and to cancel the guest identification card of a guest.  
  • Guests are not entitled to the internal policies and procedures afforded to Employees or students.
